TIDSE 2006

3rd International Conference on

Technologies for Interactive Digital Storytelling and Entertainment

Darmstadt, Germany
December 4 to 6th, 2006

About the conference topic:

Digital Storytelling is an interdisciplinary approach, dedicated to the art and science of telling stories in an interactive way, supported by electronic media. In particular, it refers to performances, or game-like environments, using some programmable machines, which may be personal computers, game consoles, or networks of such devices.

The TIDSE conference series tries to bring together researchers, developers and practitioners working in the areas of computer sciences, human sciences, art and design, and other related areas. They meet to discuss their approaches, systems, and solutions, which are presented in over 30 talks during three days.

TIDSE includes the possibility to demonstrate interactive solutions in its exhibition area.
